I called about a week ahead of time and asked if I could get some work done on my car and if it was okay if I brought my own parts. I was able to get the parts I needed at a better price than they wanted to charge me (about $80 less). Day of the appointment I brought my car in and told them the parts were in the trunk for them to install. They said that was fine and I left. There was some confusion because when I came back to pick the car up they ended up using their own parts and charged me the full price. They still did a great job as always and were fast so overall I am happy, just a little disappointed they used the wrong parts and I had to eat the $80 difference plus go return the other parts at the store.

Left vehicle on a Thursday. Had to call them on Monday and was told it was in diagnostics which was all we were told. Called again on Tuesday and was told the same thing. Called Wednesday and asked man on the phone to go ask the mechanic. He called me back and gave me a story that his mechanic won’t tell him what he’s doing or if he found out anything. I said what kind of business would accept that. He said you got me. He then tells me what mechanic was doing and it should be done before closing. We finally went up there and actually saw the mechanic in the truck leaving for a test drive. Spoke to him and he was nice and explained everything he did to it. I went in office again and spoke to same man. I told him I found our phone call was offensive brushing me off telling me a bunch of bull! He never apologized but gave some excuse that he was joking. I told him joking with a woman he doesn’t know saying those things was very offensive. Our biggest complaint was they NEVER called us. He said it was because there was nothing to tell us. Vehicle was not fixed. We won’t be going back since we were treated badly. I would have given only one star but went up to two because mechanic was very nice.

I have a rock my vehicle in for an inspection the price was $139 After they sent me the estimate to fix the vehicle, I declined the service and then the bill went up to $409 for a diagnostic After I called and explain the situation, they told me that they had to take a couple more hours to diagnose the car, even though I did not approve any more hours or time into the vehicle They spoke to the owner and the owner agreed for me to pay $270 even though that’s crazy it is more than twice than what I agree for I don’t recommend this place Stay away !
